Our Managing Director, Mr. Mohammad Ali, arrived in the UAE in 1995 with limited financial resources but a strong ambition to create a better future. He began his professional career by working across multiple segments of the steel and plastic, Boiler manufacturing industries, gaining invaluable hands-on experience at every operational level.

Starting as a factory worker and turner, he steadily developed his technical expertise and in-depth industry knowledge. His career progression led him to work with government and public sector services, followed by establishing himself as a trusted consultant to various industrial sectors across the UAE.

After contributing significantly to the growth and success of seven organizations and acquiring extensive industry exposure, he took the entrepreneurial step to build his own enterprise. In 2005, Al Aqsa Steel & Plastic was founded with a modest team of four skilled professionals, marking the beginning of a journey focused on quality, reliability, and long-term growth.
